What is virgin hair?

Virgin hair traditionally refers to 100% unprocessed human hair that has never been chemically treated. However, HAIR to be Different bundles are high-quality, cuticle-aligned, single-donor hair that has undergone a light treatment process to achieve its signature texture. Our hair remains soft, durable, and color-safe, ensuring a luxurious, long-lasting look while maintaining the integrity of the strands.
What texture matches my hair?

HAIR to be Different extensions blend seamlessly with most hair textures. We currently offer Brazilian Wavy and Straight texture options for a natural, flawless blend.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

We do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, if you experience an issue with your order, email us at info@hairtobedifferent.net as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.
How long does shipping take?

Shipping takes 7-10 days from the time of order. If you use Klarna or Afterpay, processing and shipping may take 7-14 days due to additional verification. (Weekends are included.)
Can I change my order to a different option after placing it?

Yes, but only within 12 hours of placing your order. If you need to change to a different option (e.g., a different length or texture), email info@hairtobedifferent.net with "ORDER CHANGE" in the subject line, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Can HAIR to be Different hair be colored?

Yes! Our hair is 100% color-safe. However, we strongly recommend consulting with a professional hair colorist before coloring your bundles to maintain hair quality. For custom color services, email hairtobedifferent@gmail.com. Bundle color services start at $60 per bundle.
