How It Works ✅ Step 1: Submit Your Custom Color Request – Fill out the form below with details about your wig and desired color. ✅ Step 2: Consultation & Deposit – Once your request is reviewed, I will schedule a 15 minute phone consultation to go over details, confirm the final price, and answer any questions. If you decide to move forward, you will be required to send a deposit before the test strand is performed. ✅ Step 3: Test Strand & Final Payment – A test strand will be done to preview how the color will take to the hair. Once you approve the test strand, the remaining balance must be paid in full before the full coloring process begins. ✅ Step 4: Color Perfection – After the full payment is received, I will complete the custom coloring process with precision to bring your vision to life. 📌 All custom wig coloring starts at $250. Pricing may vary based on the complexity of the desired color. 📌 Please allow 5-7 days for wig coloring services to be completed after the final payment is received. You will be notified once your custom-colored wig is ready. 📌 I will review your request and respond within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for booking your custom color service with me! I have been a trained colorist since 2015, and it is my pleasure to bring your hair color vision to life. Please review the following policy before proceeding with your order: Deposits & Payment All consultations require a non-refundable deposit, which will be applied toward your final service total. Once we finalize your color selection based on a color swatch conducted on virgin hair (not your actual wig or bundles), full payment is required upfront before any coloring begins. Why is payment required upfront? Custom coloring is a highly detailed and labor-intensive process that requires extensive preparation, time, and product investment. To ensure a seamless experience and to maintain the highest level of service, full payment secures your booking and guarantees that your custom color will be executed to the highest standard. Hair Quality & Requirements I only color 100% virgin or raw human hair. If you purchase your hair from me, I can guarantee the quality and color results. Hair can be ordered directly through my website. If you send in your own wig or bundles, they must be 100% human hair (virgin or raw). If the hair is found to be synthetic, blended, or non-virgin, it will be returned to you without service, and your deposit will not be refunded. Processing & Shipping Custom color services require 5-7 business days for completion. Shipping fees will be covered by the customer and are included in the total price. Detailed shipping instructions will be provided for those sending in their own wigs or bundles. Prior to shipment, you will receive unfiltered photos and videos of your completed custom color. Final Sale & No Refund Policy All payments are final and non-refundable once the custom color process has begun. Because each wig coloring service is tailored to your specific request, refunds, exchanges, or modifications cannot be accommodated once work has started.
